Characteristics Automatic line for duct's bending, designed for ventilation industry. The line realize following tasks: steel sheet decoiling, straightening the plates, stiffening the plates, cutting and bending with specified duct's dimensions. The line may be equiped with many decoilers, that allows to have many types steel ready for processing. Automatic selector which holds up to 4 sheets of steel makes fast rearming of machine. Machine process the metal sheet of thickness from 0.5 up to 1.2 [mm],the coil mass up to 6 000 [kg] and width up to 1.5 [m]. The machine is equiped with selector that may be automatic or manual. Standard configuration: 3 decoilers, 3 sheets in selector. |
Line includes:
1. Decoiler x 3 - Unpowered, stationary or mobile - docable, with brakes, bearing on sides, manual expansion.
2. Selector mechanism.
3. Straightening unit/ feeder - Straightener with hardened 7 shafts, with upper shafts individually adjustable.
4. Forming/stiffening module
5. Cutting and bending unit
