Custom lines for special order

We design and deliver machines and lines for special orders - according to client's requirements.

The example of such custom made line is Piper 1000 - the machine uncoils, straightens and cut to length the copper pipes. Our Client required the machine not to produce chips while cutting, so the cutting process was designed to smoothly slit the material.

Characteristics

Duct bending machine BendMore LK 1000 offers attribute of bending ducts with a flange. Machine is controlled by the PLC program and is equiped with HMI monitor where all parameters of the production may be set up. Machine is also equiped with an automatic feed table.
