Automatic lines for coil processing. Machine decoils the metal sheet of thickness from 0.4 to 3 [mm], the coil mass up to 12 000 [kg] and width up to 1.5 [m].
Configuration depends on the customer's specififcation.
The line realize following processes: decoiling, straightening, optionally [slitting/hole punching], cutting to length, foiling, stacking on the conveyor belt or stationary table. Machines is also equiped with scrap reception table.
Line is dedicated for the alloy steel; galvanized; stainless steel; coated or aluminum.
Line includes:
1. Decoiler - Powered decoiler double arm - model Arm 2 or Arm3, or powered decoiler one arm Arm 1. 2. Sheet guiding module. 3. Straightening unit/ feeder - Straightener with hardened 7 shafts, scratch free, with upper shafts individually adjustable, feeder with servo sheet precise feeder [+/-] 0.1 / 250mm feed accuracy. 4.Slitting mechanism 5. Cutting unit with electrically driven guillotine suitable for 0,4 -1 mm stainless steel, knifes included. 6. Receiving table 7.Scrap reception mechanism

Coil change-over

PLC/ HMI control Start/Stop, length, set by master controller or by operator. Setting the quantity, length of the sheet, speed and other proces’s parameters set with color touch screen HMI (human machine interface). Operating language – English/ German / Russian - selectable
